NEW 4040XP nearer shipped with EDA arm, same old plastic quilt, and self reaming and tapping screws. Non-sized cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5???0??? and exterior doorways to 4???0???. Closer mounts parallel arm (EDA arm) on both right or left swinging doors. Closers to meet ADA requirements Standard customized powder coat end. 4040XP can be utilized with all 4041 equipment Standard powder coat end: Aluminum 689, Dark Bronze 695 and Brass 696. Installation Instructions Drop Plate 4040-18: Required for hinge side mount where prime rail is less than 3 3/4??? (95 mm). Plate requires minimum 2??? (51 mm) minimal top rail.
